How to Apply
The full application is five steps and is designed to be completed in a single sitting from any device — including a mobile phone. Every step auto-saves, so if your connection drops, your progress is not lost.
The Five Application Steps
1
Personal Information
Your full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, country of residence, phone number, email address, and WhatsApp number. This information is used to process your application, create your student profile on enrolment, and communicate your application status.
2
Department and Programme Selection
Select your department from the five available: Theology & Ministry, Technology, Business, Creative Arts (coming soon), or Community Development (coming soon). Then select your specific programme within that department. If you are applying from a specific programme page, these fields will be pre-filled. Select your preferred start month — you can start any month with rolling intake.
3
Background and Entry Route
Your current occupation, professional or ministry role, years of relevant experience, and highest qualification held. Select your admission route — A (academic), B (experiential), or C (professional transfer). This information is used to assess your eligibility and to ensure the right academic support is available for you from day one.
4
Personal Statement and References
Upload your personal statement as a PDF or Word document. The statement should be a minimum of 500 words and should address: why you are applying for this specific programme, what you intend to build or demonstrate as your graduation outcome, and how this programme connects to your current work or ambitions. You will also provide the contact details — name, organisation, email, and phone — of two referees who can speak to your capacity for this programme.
5
Review and Submit
A complete summary of all your information is displayed for review before submission. Edit any section if needed. Confirm the AfBridge declaration — that your information is accurate, that you understand the programme requirements, and that you commit to completing the graduation deliverable as a condition of certification. Submit. Your confirmation email arrives within five minutes.
